♥ Yes! I do not include printed invoices with my orders. If you choose to send an order directly to someone else as a gift, I recommend that you add a note so the person knows that it's intended for them (even if you want it to be anonymous). Include that message in the note to seller during checkout and I'll write it out by hand and put it into the package before I mail it. Remember to put your name in your message so the recipient knows who sent it.
♥ All of my plushies come wrapped in tissue paper and tied up with string. Necklaces come packaged in kraft paper jewelry boxes with my shop logo on them.

♥ There are small pieces in some of my art (eyes, beads, sequins, embroidery) and the handmade details are delicate and may be difficult to clean. For that reason, I don't recommend them for little ones or animal friends.
♥ If you do need to clean up a Fairweather Friend who has had a particularly difficult day, spot clean with a damp cloth and leave it out to air dry.

♥ I am not able to accept very many custom orders, since my priority is to keep my shop stocked with items that everyone can enjoy. If you'd like to submit a request anyway, contact me with the details and I will let you know if your custom order is possible for me to complete.
♥ Due to the work involved with creating custom plushies, they will cost more than the plushies in my shop and take more time to make.

♥ I make all of my plushies by hand completely on my own, which takes a lot of time. Because of that, they sell out quite often and you may have to wait a few weeks to a few months before certain designs are available again. I also regularly rework or retire older items, so they might not always be coming back to my shop in the same form.

♥ Feel free to send me a conversation on etsy to let me know that you're hoping to see the return of a certain design and check up on how or if they're coming along!

♥ If you realize that you made a mistake in your order once you've placed it (for example, you put down the wrong shipping address or accidentally ordered two of something), send me a conversation on etsy to let me know as soon as possible! That way, I'll hopefully be able to fix the issue before I ship your order.

♥ My plushies are made out of either fleece or minky fabric and stuffed with polyfil which are all 100% polyester (synthetic). I use cotton thread and embroidery floss. However, their eyes, noses, and other small details are made out of 30% wool / 70% acrylic felt to give those pieces a bit more stability, so my plushies are not vegan.

♥ Please check the turnaround time on each listing and allow enough time me to prepare your package to ship. If you'd need me to ship an item sooner than that, please contact me before you order to find out if my schedule will allow for an extra trip to the post office. I charge a rush fee for this service.
♥ Domestic US orders usually take 2-5 business days to arrive and I am not currently shipping outside of the US (International orders can take at least 7-21 business days once an order is shipped and I hope to reopen those eventually).

I do not currently offer printing services, so your digital portrait commission will be sent to you via email in the file format and size detailed in the item listing. However, you are welcome to have the file printed yourself for personal use or to give as a gift!
